At Ulanni Hair Collection, we take pride in offering 100% raw luxury Vietnamese and Cambodian hair extensions sourced from a single donor.
Each bundle is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final we do not offer refunds.
2. Exchange Policy
- We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Hair must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with ties intact (bundles must not be unraveled; closures/frontals must not be cut, bleached, tinted, or plucked).
- Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been installed, worn, colored, or chemically processed.
- Exchanges are only permitted for a different length or texture of the same product, subject to availability.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
